Hello, my name is Chloe Bungar. I am a tattoo artist located in Ellwood City Pennsylvania. I started off doing henna for my friends and family and doing summer festivals just for fun. I then got into tattooing my senior year of high school. Now I've made it this far opening my own shop. I am all for peace, love, and comfortability.
